Just as St. Paul welcomed those who joined the early church, Hope Lutheran Church is
prepared to welcome you to our worship, our fellowship, and, should you so choose, to
membership in our family of faith.
Our mission statement reads: Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church is a vital caring community of
faith actively serving the Lord through creative ministries. And our efforts to live this out in
the Bowers/Topton/Fleetwood area and beyond have led us to develop a style of worship and
togetherness which respects our traditions, but at the same time delights in the new and
often informal ways God is present among us. We are committed to reaching out through
Evangelism, Christian Education, Social Ministry, and our Worship and Music to both our
members and our community.
Yes, in the spirit of St. Paul’s words of welcome to those Romans, we look forward to
greeting you as a visitor and would consider it a privilege to welcome you as a member
of our family of faith.
